Because we had seen some of the beautiful homes constructed by LeClair Builders, we were eager to meet with them when considering a builder for our new custom home. After our first meeting, Tim designed our home and had plans to us in record time. He quoted a very reasonable price and very clearly stated LeClair Builders specifications (which are top notch). Throughout the building process, we made changes, additions, deletions, enlargements, and so on without ever ruffling Tim's feathers. Any additional costs incurred as a result of our changes were clearly stated up front so that the end result was what we had in mind without any surprise additional expenses. A year and a half past construction, we are even happier than the day we were given the occupancy certificate. LeClair Builders constructed our gorgeous home, and earned fans for life in the process!

After interviewing more than six potential builders for our four season addition, we felt LeClair Builders were most qualified for many reasons. Deciding to add on to your home is a decision that may come with some ease, but deciding what actually needs to be done and how everything will fall into place takes a bit more time and effort. There are many things that we thought through when planning our project. Who do you call? Who can you trust? Where do we begin? Meeting with LeClair Builders answered all those questions and more. We think Tim's work speaks for itself and were very sure that our final product would be well done and meet our needs. What we didn't know was how easy Tim and Lynn would make the process and ensure our expectations were exceeded. We had interviewed several contractors over the course of two months and quickly became discouraged with the idea of creating a new space in our home. Our first meeting with Tim was unlike any other. The second meeting made the choice to hire LeClair Builders an easy one. My wife and I have decided to add finish work throughout our home and without a doubt will have LeClair Builders do the job.
